These Website and App Terms of Use (these “Terms”) are entered into by and between you and Suncadia Water Company, LLC and Suncadia Environmental Company, LLC (“Suncadia Water and Environmental Company” or “the Company”) and govern your access to and use of the Suncadia Water and Environmental Company website located at www.suncadiaenvironmental.com (the “Site”) and any application provided by Suncadia Water and Environmental Company that you download onto any mobile or other device (an “App”).
These Terms govern your use of the Website and any App. By accessing and using the Site or App, you agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms. You agree that Suncadia Water and Environmental Company may change the Terms by posting the changes on the Site.
